Any Sky installers

Any sky installers ? I am getting skyQ installed but have a tv upstairs on freesat. Will the installer have and use a hybrid lnb if requested?

i bloody hope they carry a hybrid lnb as many are in the same boat with other freesat boxes and insist on getting a hybrid fitted to allow viewing on tv

They do carry the Hybrid LNB's and should install on request if not cancel the install there and then and request one

I have been in touch with sky support and they are putting it on the installers notes so all should be good
