Any good sites on driving/law/fines etc ?

Hi

I got stopped in my runabout van back in April and had ticket for no MOT, i know there is a timescale the police have in order to issue the fine.

Anyone know of any good sites on this subject ?

they probably only reported you for the 1 thing - but i'm pretty sure it would have also invalidated any insurance too.

It does invalidate your insurance but they won't prosecute you for the no insurance,

not that I know from experiance.......

I think I got a £60 fine, no points plus of course getting the MOT done.

depends on the force in question, but it would be rare to get prosecuted for it. i know a few people who have been caught the same as you, and never heard any more from it.
