too many for that - they r in the kitchen too - kids wouldn't appreciate their old man using his old man - lol
my mum used to pour boiling water over the buggers when i was a kid that done the trick but there is a powder stuff on the market and its called ant i think b/q have it ..right thats all my ant tips for tonigt tomorrow i will be doing wasps....

I use a spray called raid [for crawling insects not flying]

lol, how do you get ants in the house ???? never had ants or other beetle/bugs.<br />Get a spray or powder from the supermarket. <img src="tongue.gif" border="0">
Dark Angel the best way to get them in you house is to get some sugar and find a nest of ants then you need to sprinkle the sugar from the nest into your house the ants will then follow the trail of sugar and you will be able to get how meny ants you want then when you have got enough you will have to feed them each day with sugar and swwet things for them to stay .. <img src="tongue.gif" border="0">

lol..good answer....but i prefer pets like cats and dogs.<br />I dont like ants <img src="eek.gif" border="0"> and other beetles/bugs in my house. And i hate spiders.. <img src="eek.gif" border="0"> ..aaawwwwwwwwwww<br /> <img src="tongue.gif" border="0">

i presume they come in from the back - i can't keep the doors shut or the tortoise won't be able to come in and out - i also gotta b careful what i chuck on the floor cos o the tort - don't want him going bellyup
a spray called death lac in a green and white tin kill's them and lasts for months after . when they walk on it even after powerwashing and detergents have been used to clean flags etc it still kille's the little buggers.<br />its the best ive used anyway

the torty, btw, is good at doing slugs but thos little ants are just too damn quick for him - either that or he 's blind
