With more an more sites requesting you turn off add blocking to view the site were now in the realms of having an anti add block scripts/tech. So we now have a anti add block, blocker. lol

I've read that ABP (if it is indeed affiliated) accept payment for whitelisting from advertisers.

I use a combination of ABP and uBlock Origin. If any site tells me I can't enter due to these I go elsewhere or experiment with the custom filters on either of those add-ons .

I use CCleaner web browser and have installed the script above and it does work.

Btw its not just for adblock plus. I think its kinda misleading. Works for most well know ad blockers, like ublock you mentioned.

I wonder if it somehow spoofs that the ads have been downloaded by the client browser?

It works harder because many applications have been installed that contain various advertisements, advertising, videos, etc. The same thing happened to me several times.
