Am i overdoing the gym?

as for your calf problem - tension

it can be caued by excessive caffeine

so cut down on tea and coffee

and if you smoke quit ! cos lack of blood / oxygen does not help muscle pains

i don't drink tea or coffee and i don't smoke, i just overdid it one of the days i think on the machines, and forgot to stretch afterwards.

i use to suffer with severe calf tension when going to the gym - was always my left calf and the pain radiated between the calf and Achilles tendon

i was sure the fricking xtrainer and treadmill was the culprit - also the stepper was a killer 2

i now just mountain bike during the summer months
 
So got weighed and measured at the gym again this morning. body fat 20.2% and weight 8 st 2 lbs compared to body fat 26% and weight 8 st 8 lbs a couple of weeks ago. So i dont know, i havent been on a diet or anything, where the hell is it going? lol
 
Yeah i was thinking that, but i'm not dehydrated, i haven't been drinking any alcohol and i have been eating. Guess it's stress again, i've had a lot going on at home :(
