Celtic Football Club are delighted to announce the appointment of Alan Thompson as first-team coach.
The Englishman, who played for club for seven years, will join his former team-mate Neil Lennon in charge of the side.
Thompson was a key player during Martin O’Neill’s time in charge of Celtic and returns to the club after a short spell as Newcastle United’s academy coach.
