Hi, I've just installed this chip to a V1.1, but cant get it to turn on. I've rechecked all the soldered joints and tried it without the L1 and BT connected but still no joy any ideas anyone please? Is there anything else i could check or is it a faulty chip?

if ur chip has the L2 on it do not solder that wire but the D0 the BT and L1 must be solderd


also check that you dnt have any solder splashes on board

Sorry, when i said turn on I ment the chip the xbox boots fine but I can't get it to boot from the chip bios, thanks for your reply

does the LED on the chip not turn on atall?

No it's dead, I've even wired 3.3v and earth to it still with no joy
