Has ad block plus (version 2.9.1) stopped working on firefox
i`m getting adverts on youtube/ebay etc
no updates available on firefox or ad block

Have a look and make sure there is still a filter list installed.

Mine disappeared a couple of times, possibly during updates.

I stopped using that a long time ago , you should give uBlock Origin a go , I find it much better

Adblock plus started allowing adverts because they were being paid to do so. Basically they sold out.

There are some good ad blockers that still work fine on firefox and chrome.

I use uBlock origin on chrome and it is quite good. I get no ads on or within youtube videos, or any other site unless I whitelist that site.

uBlock Origin + Ghostery to block tracking cookies and rest of advers is quite good combo. I don't like to be tracked by websites that's why I use Ghostery.
