Activate scart

When ever I turn on my x-box I have to pick up remote to change to av2, is there a setting anywhere that will auto boot it.

Its running xbmc etc, so if its deep in there somewhere no problem, thought it might be somewhere easy accessible though.

I'm sure changing the scarts about on the back of your tele might do it. I had that problem with video & dvd a while back. Seemed like it was in the wrong sequence if you know what I mean? All sorted now.

not sure but you need a special scart cable for this called auto switch scart cable
I had same problem with mine just change the scart to this one sorted now

Tried swapping leads around, is definitely not telly. If i need a new lead i will have to stick with remote control, wouldn't be able to justify buying a new one just for that.

If you are using the red white and yellow phono plugs into a scart adapter it won't auto switch. If you get a proper fully wired scart cable for your xbox then it will work (pin 8 carries 9V telling the TV to change inputs). A proper scart cable will also allow RGB which gives a slightly better picture.
