hi guys i was just wondering if it was possible to get banned from live buy:

playing a backup game on my modded console and completing 1000 GS-points (or as close to the 1000 mark as possible), then using a data transfer kit to transfer my XBL name back over to my xbox 360 slim,

who knows how M$ track you down but i don't think you would in that scenario. the boxed connected to live wouldn't have been modded so couldn't really be banned. Its the box that gets banned not the the gamertag (well at the moment it is but who knows in the future)
