Access to Open Atv

I am a Spanish speaker and local Tv technician recommended Open ATV Astra 19.2E.
Lots of Spanish channels and sport.
I bought Vu+ Zero and had it set up. Paid for a year's subscription.
Now service has gone as is technician.
I have the box but not the know-how.
Can I access the service from a provider or via smartcard?

I think you are saying the server you had is down.
You will need to get a new server. Google will be friend for Clines or MGlines. Get test line before you buy. There's some over subscribed rubbish out there.
