absat is working?

hello can any one tell me if absat cannels are working on tm5400ci i have pached the 1.39 ver but
neither absat or polsat is working.

Absat is part of TPS and when TPS is down so is absat.

Tps Absat is working, new files available from this morning, not sure if we can post them here! Browse a few sat sites m8 they all got them!
