a ppv error

just a question about an error .when i go into the eng menu and go to the card status card ok but there is an error on the ppv got all channels just wanted to know y it says error tw area 1000 box i programed another card and still the same should i reset the box and pull the red jumper i can get some ppv but can't order others cheers

mine did that i think when u turn it on i mean from unplugging from ians u have to let it settle for a few mins b4 u go to ppv coz when i go to ppv as soon as i turn it on it does that only from unplugging it from the mains tho not like power button weird
