When entering your IRD in Nagra Edit always remember that when it says enter your IRD backward it means:
IRD: 12 34 56 78
ENTER IT AS IRD: 78 56 34 12
AND NOT IRD: 87 65 43 21
I think this catches a lot of people out or at least , it cauught me out when i started this game.
