If this means nothing to you, then pm me the imei, country the phone was bought in, and the network it is locked too.
I'll get the code for you.
If you have already generated the the code and it won't accept it then put the un-accepted sim in the phone wait for the code prompt and enter the code you have without the #pw+ or the final +7 part of the code (enter code 7 this way if you haven't worked that bit out)

I should have checked first, I wanted to see if the 3g sim would work in the phone, I picked it up at lunch time and it seems to work fine, thanks for the reply matey. It's fairly new and the first time I have been on Vodafone, i pressume the phones are not locked down to any one network.
