5400 manual upload prob

hi all, ive been trying to manually upload keys on my 5400 but it doesnt seem to work. after entering the keys and trying the channels they still come up scrambled. then when i go back to enter the keys again they have dissapeared and the old ones have come back. can anyone help please?

Which package are you entering keys for?

You need to turn off Digi TV AU in Menu, Installations & Options and then enter the keys manually. If you keep the option enabled it will over right the keys you put in with fake ones.

hi, just tried it with the au off and the keys i enter are now staying but the channels are still scrambled. are the old keys supposed to be underneath the new ones when you enter them cause they where already there on my box. any help is much appreciated

You need to update the keys accordingly ie if its Key 00 thats active then you need to enter the 2 lines of keys in slots 10 & 11 if its Key 01 then it goes below it in slots 20 & 21.

thanks m8, if its key00 thats active should key01 be left blank or doesnt it matter
