5100i pinout

Hi all i have a 10 pin jtag it had connector on end so i could plug it into modem but the dog chewed it "THE MUT"
can someone give me pin out details ie what wire to what pin on board
it has 7 wires but 2 are soldered to gnd

Pic attached is for a jtag but if its just a blackcat cable from parallel to 10pin then its a diff diagram which has been posted many times, just use the search function to find it.
