500hd usb board not working

don't seem to be able to get the usb working. Memory stick or HD not recognised.
It looked like a wire had come unsoldered and a component had failed on the board. I bought another usb board but that dosent work also
Anyone know where I can get a working usb board?

Mate it sounds like you may be better off with a new box..if you replaced usb board and still no joy then maybe the problem is something else.
Is yours a clone or genuine..if you have a clone a new box will probably be the way to go..

if i were you, i would NOT use the usb on the bord. it bricked my 3 sandisk usb sticks!!!
