4001 box help

hi guys plugged in my 4001 box and all i get is" pat" displayed on the front of the box anybody no what "pat" means .....any help appricated....thanx.....its now gone of pat & stuck on tune....any help still appricated...thanx

Press and hold DOWN arrow button then swich power on (keep holding for couple of minutes) this should boot your box up . once booted switch powe off . Swich your box on after few seconds. Pat comes up when box is disconnected for a long period. it may take up to 20 mins to get back to normal.it worked for my both boxes. hope it works for you aswell.
