Is this like the cable scene when a card needs to be pairs ie: box key and ird?

Is it only the cs server that would have to 'pair' or each client too do you know?

It would just be server side not client side, I can tell you that.

Indeed its just a bumma that the hd channels are paired with the official receiver so we cant decrypt them in cccam
