3.10 OE-A Firmware on a jap 1.5

hi, ive just tried to install 3.10 OE-A Firmware on my jap import 1.5 and after the 75% battery thing it boots back to the main psp menu. when i check system info it says my f/w is 7.5 i remember installing something over 12 months ago and it was something to do with devhook i think and it said that it would read as 7.5 f/w but it was something to do with 2.71 f/w if that makes any sense lol, can anyone help? thanks.

false alarm ive managed it i had it plugged in the mains and it was charging it must of been over 75% wen i just tried again thanks anyway.
