2x to 1x Image conversion problems

Hi Guys,

I am having some trouble converting images to use on my 1x Sagem box.

I have tried a few 2x images (including Gav's latest 2x zogre_updated.rar and Sportster Pro) and always get the same result

I am using Imageworks (v0.1.1) and setting 'Aktion' to '1x ohne Bootloader erzeugen' then using IFA to netboot and flash but when I reboot I get a blank screen on the dox and the following output on the dbox console port, what am I doing wrong?

I can flash 1x images from the download section fine just not my own converted images. Is there another program for image conversion?

Hi brett

Have you tried getting a 1X image and converting it yourself ?
If you get a 1X sportster pro from the sportster site http://sportster.ump2002.net/downloads.php?catID=4
and follow these instructions

then you will have a working 1X sportster pro image.

I am sure if you ask GAV12345 then he will post the info on how to do his zgore update to a 1X zgore image.

For me helping is about showing how to not doing and giving.


I can never get proverbs 100% but the gist is

If you give a hungry man a fish then the next time he is hungry you have to give him another fish
If you show him how to fish he can catch his own food in the future.
