26E signal ?

Does anyone know why there is no signal on 26E.

im getting signals there m8, 90 odd strength and 70 quality on an 80cm mesh dish in s wales

wasnt too clever in the rain though

ThanX for getting back to me, I always had 26E, it's just today I had this problem. I have now sorted it. I put the receiver on diseqc moved the motor a little to the east & now it's alright. I dont no why that happened everything was on usals & was o.k.
