250 configurator errors

i have done the 5101e hack to get infinite onto my sb5101e, everytime i ping it i get prompted for a user and password, i believe i need to use the 250 configurator but everytime i fire it up i get a windows error, i have downloaded several different files but they are all the same, just says its encountered an error and needs to close...really pissing me off.

u need to download these and install it from microsoft for it work
