2015 DS3 1.6 Diesel - Blower only working on number 5 not heating up

Well guys the problem is fixed it was on the passengers side and was tucked deep behind the blower unit - that's the mother in law happy thanks to all that took an interest in helping me.

Thanks for the update. So was the dead part just a resistor or is it an electronic gizmo?

It was a dead resistor but this is known as a resistor pack - its quite a big part for just the resistor strangely enough.
