2 eurovox boxes 1 not picking up all channels

Hi can any 1 help please , i have 2 eurovox 3 boxes both brand new i have done a power scan on both of them 1 ok , but on the second box im missing santana sport 2 and santana golf , ive manually put the frequency in for both, they then appeared on my list of channels i then done another scan but again didnt pick the 2 channels up , so it didnt store them , im i doing anything wrong

if both these channels are on transponder 538.000 change the freqency to 538.500 and this should solve your problems.i had similar probs with these channels and prem plus same area as you manchester.
