11Ghz MMDS/Cable system

In the south of ireland there is a new tv service using 11Ghz for distribution. A lot of the channels are fta and can be decoded using any satellite reciever and dish.
I dont know what encryption they use. Does anyone have any info on this or similar systems?

Not so many free channels. A friend of mine did the scanning with a satellite dish pointed out his window

Everything scrambled (except the ones I have noted as 'FREE')
