Network Provider 02 unlimited options

hi guys
i have opted in to 02 unlimited where i get free calls and texts to all 02 uk phones, i used to be on the 300 free texts a month which was good for me as i got those 300 texts plus my £10 back to spend on calls.
while im on this 02 unlimited can i also run a text or call bolt on to run along side my unlimited so i get free calls to any uk provider and house phones and text any uk mobile eg orange t-mobile?

this way the £15 i have each month can go on a bolt on?
