Are you checking the line has saved by reveiwing the cfg file also if so check that cccam is running if ans is yes to both it could be a faulty c1ine

i'm new to TM 800hd, i checked that the cfg file saved my line is in the file, how do i check to see if CCcam is running?

your remote press menu, set-up, softcam/cl, softcam manager you should now see any cams that are installed and if active will have a green tick, you can put a tick in if there is a cam present and make it active via the colour keys on your remopte. hope this helps

sorted mgcamd was selected changed now to CCcam,
Next question What folder do i transfer rats_bouquets_latest.ipk into and then what folder do i transfer the bouquets into?

in to the tmp folder, then go to your box, i`m asuming your using vix, find vix through a short press of the blue button and you`ll see install local extensions

i copied the file into TMP folder, ( i dont know what vix is) i flashed the box with TM800_update-Dd-tmsw-20121021.rar image from http://www.digitalworldz.co.uk/downloads-technomate-satellite-downloads-38.html, when i press blue button i get softcam setup menu, press yellow input menu with 4 options 1channel, epg import, graphical Multi EPG, PPanels, Green button nothing happens, red button downloads latest Softcam and keys?

vix is an image to run the system, sorry for assuming you were on it, all I can say is within sub menu`s through your onscreen menu`s you will find a folder within a folder which will be called install local ext or ipk, its trial and error for you to find this within your system, I`m on a technomate twin so my box is inherently different, good luck and maybe someone else can help further

@Bosvelt, you should really have posted in the proper thread.

Anyway, could you go to System/Settings/Manage software(or similar) and see if there is an option to install local ipk. If that does not work, are you OK to telnet?

@ Abu Baniaz Sorry did not know there was a proper thread! i could not access System/Settings/Manage software (from RCU), to be honest i don't know what telnet is or does?
