With the recent price slash of the TM800 we seem to be getting new members asking for the most stable images with loaded EPG and plugins etc

I thought it would be much easier for the new members if they were all in 1 place for them to choose what suits there needs best :)

TM800-DWiQ-03-07-11

TM800-DWiQ-03-07-11 :)

TM800-DWiQ-03-07-11

Based on the iQ release dated 24-06-11

Contains:
1-Cool EPG
2-Auto EPG importer
3-Latest rytec EPC sources
4-EPG search
5-Zap history browser
6-Updated Web Interface
7-digidudes customiser
8-digidudes advanced plugin
9-***Network mounts fixed***
10-***Rear USB mapping fixed***
11-***Picon paths to USB fixed***
12-Zap times hugely improved*
13-MD5: 2997e3cda1fac80324944ebe9b142a67
14- With all of the above installed, still start with over 5Mb free memory

*Zap times can be delayed greatly if picons are stored on HDD instead of USB flash memory as the HDD has to spun upto read the channels picon prior to zapping channel, this adds around 3 seconds to some zap times

Re: TM800-DWiQ-016-07-11

TM800-DWiQ-016-07-11 :)

Ive created a backup image of yesterdays release, and tweaked it a little bit

Its got everything installed, including Rats latest channel list

Ive tweaked CoolEPG and changed some of the buttons round as well, so now pressing OK Zaps to the highlighted channel and exits the guide

Red starts a quick recording
Green sends the highlighted programme info to a recording timer
Yellow searches the EPG data
Blue open bouquet list

Ive cleaned up a lot of unneeded crap out of the image, so theres over 7Mb of free space

Oh yeh, and its got a HD skin :proud:

Its setup for HDMI 1080i @ 50hz output

As the title says, this is a backup image, so it wont run the wizard after you flash it

all you need to do is enter any cam config details, and either manually update the EPG, or wait for it to sort itself overnight

TM800-DWiQ-2011-11-28 :)

ok, im a little pushed for time tonight, but, ive just added some 'bolt ons' to this image and cleaned it up a little.

ive run the transformer, sorted out the green screen issue, and erased the HD skin files
its got ALL of the EPG stuff installed and configured for slyUK
its got the DW forum plugin installed
its got rats latest UK channel lists installed
its got rats updater installed

it also has rats auto updater installed, but not activated, activate this via the yellow button, ppanels, rats updater, activate auto updating

its had jimux's cleaner run on it, as well as a few other 'manual' files removed

the boot script has been slightly modified, and im almost certain that ellies 'network mount' fix is also implemented

boot screen and spinner is changed

the image IS a backup image, so WILL NOT run the wizard,

video is set to 1080i @ 50hz
tuner is configured as fixed @ 28.2E (you will need to change this if on any other type of setup)

Re: TM800-DWiQ-2011-11-28

oh wow, i like that spreadsheet thingy, is that a part of google, that looks like something that could be started, and updated, for all images for comparison between them

recording is a iffy subject and not really controlled by DW images

depends if using USB external or internal, if using internal then it depends on HDD size, anything over 120GB (I think) needs a USB adaptor, supplied by TM if you contact them (I think the offer is still on, as they still haven't fixed the initial problem)

in my opinion your best bet is to use a USB external portable HDD

:)

Thanks Rat

TM fitted an internal USB adaptor a while ago for my 320gb HDD. I have been using the recording on the latest image without no problems but is there any differences in the previous images or are all the images listed here the same for recording.

I don't think there is mate, you should be fine using any of those id say :)

Hi digi,

yeah it's part of google docs. I've left the spreadsheet open and editable by all (technically it's on my google account but with everyone write access). Hopefully no one will trash it :)

Just went to it for a look but no data in there and line 5-20 are missing?

:(

why would someone want to do something like that when it was created to help others? theres something wrong with the mentality of some people :(

i hope as its dan_neds document, that google will tell him the IP of whoever did it, if he wants to send that to me, ill publicise it

someone filtered column 2. sorted now. if it is filtered, you can tell my the drop down icon changing in the filter bar on the heading

probably an error.
