Is anyone having problems with this lately I know it won't download on the weekend but I am having problems all the time. All I can seem to download are the FTA channels and not even all of them? Is there no way you could download them from the Internet (not rytec) to your PC and then FTP them to your TM800? Or is there somewhere else to download directly to the TM800?

the rytek servers are being hammered by 'closed' receivers nearly doubling the bandwidth that gets downloaded. if you check in the xml file, and put the server line 'tm800hd.co.uk' at the top, thats up >99% of the time m8

Which xml file? I have tried to find it using my ftp program but no joy.

off the top of my head m8, i think its called sources.xml and is in the etc folder

i think....

Did you move the new source to the top of the UK list. It should select next available one but there's a bug on the TM800 that craps out. Post that section on here if you want it checked.

Try a reboot and if that don't work then back up your appropriate stuff and reinstall image.... I've had a few times it won't work and nothing but a reinstall fixed it. Pain in the arse I know but most of us have done it so many times now it only takes a few minutes and not even worth piddling about checking importer logs as it's just as quick to reinstall.
