one last thing I would like to add, some people have moaned about the price drop of the TM800 and the comments back were chipsets / hardware prices drop the more they sell ..... which is true

however the issue with the 800hd is all about the software, and prices should have been kept at the original level to pay for the expertise in that field to make it right

If the latest image doesnt work try downloading again, failing that go back to DWUR 15/04/11 that was the most stable images of the lot. Im sure the next one will work. If you have really given up then I might actaully buy your box off you.

Ok I have calmed down a bit today, was flipping annoyed last night tho.
couldnt watch sky cause the kids was watching something on the link upstairs and the mrs was recording something else

Put the TM on and all I was getting were those stupid cogs and freezing, hence i missed most of my programme

thats why I have a full working backup of 15/4/11
take 2 minutes to flash and you watching all your tv again
apart from recording this image has been a life saver many times

To all of you having problems,
This is exactly what i have done few times since 31-5-11 >>100% result.did not have any problem.

if anyone has problem please post your mac.address number I will make sure you Owen tm800 then post your problem otherwise it will be ignored,

i am not going to take anymore insult or bad language also will not reply to any one if side talking and reminding me of 10 month ago unless has problem today with 31-05-11 image and its valid.

How to get 100% best result and be happy with your TM-800 HD
Go to this link and download latest software 31-05-2011 by USB then fallow wizard and download
default channel lint.

How to download by USB to TM-800 HD Linux

1-Save tm-800 image in USB do not use folder re name like this >>> TM800_update.bin
2-Turn on from rear
3-As soon as you see starting press stand by button many times see mini root and wait
4-Wait until you See box ip in the front panel scrolling then press menu button .
it will take about 2 minutes see success then take USB out. wait for re boot

1-Download by USB and get image from download centre only 31-05-2011 not other places {it might be possible image has been corrupted by different means
2-Do full factory reset .
3-Fallow wizard and download default channel list {if hard disk or wifi leave it for after ignore at this moment }
4-Turn off from rear for one minute
5-Test all functions use c:lines test all channels motor as many functions as you can
when test completed and you are 100% fully satisfied there is nothing wrong no green screen or freezing
6-Use only external hard disk only
press on USB button to find hard disk and format it
off/on from rear then test all PVR functions working perfect
7-use wifi setting {optional } .
8-If above has problem continues download 31-05-2011 again by USB ..may be image was not downloaded properly,

After above test when fully working then you can do any changing or adding

In this image multimedia/streaming/sata/ is disabled but soon will be another image with this fix

This image has been tested with success and No green screen or hung-up
picture and sound has been perfect in HD and Sd channels :Clap::Clap:

so can we instal skins with this image without green screen ? is that what your saying ? coz I have 12 crash logs here where it looped boot and green screen

you say picture and sound is perfect, are you saying sd sound and hd sound are the same levels and that hd sound dodnt drop out ?

if you install my plugin, you can download brushed ali HD skin, and the DW customisations for it if you want, and that works fine with this new image

This is how I tested

1-after making sure with default channel and all other function OK
2-download HD skin and reboot no problem
3-downloaded few skins and cams until I saw 1MB in the scale then factory reset back to 6MB
4-after factory reset default skin was SD i download HD skin again and fool around with downloading and installing many unwanted to fill up the memory when got to 1MB could not download any more had worning not to
5-factory rest back to 6MB scale again
6-download old image just to mess around again got it to worning
7-download by usb 31-05-2011 again followed wizard and instruction got cline starting watch no problem
8-start fooling around again by downloading load of unwanted could not get any green screen or any hung ups
9-factory rest aging back to 6MB
in total I am unable to get any green screen hung ups just rock solid.

when you do get a greenscreen, youll notice that it still tells you to email the crashlog to UR team

I dont want brushed alu though dude I wanted the skin thats on 15th image

This image totally changed in core level not enough time to test other HD skins for now
use any skins in blue panel only
do not use any other for next few days
as per instruction do it
add one by one if problem go back to blue panel as all are tested OK

but I thought you said you tested and no matter what you couldent green screen it ? thats why Ive been messing with things

I tested brushed HD skin by downloading from blue button then installed no problem

I get it now so save further confusion
only use stuff from TM blue button and you will get no problems
use anything other tha TM blue buttons you will get problems

Well guys,

I have installed this IQ image, and it really is worse on my box than the 15/4

The harddrive does work every time which is a step forward

But there were far too many steps backwards

Box Kept Freezing (Spining Cogs)
ITV HD Levels way too low (did not go out of sync tho)

I kinda give up on testing anything else due to the lock up problem

I have already PM'd the Dr with my mac address, to prove i do actually own a 800HD

Fallow below advise tm800 will not get green screen or hung-ups and no problems
Download 31-05-2011 only
1-use only countenance of blue panel all cams are tested
2-use only skins in blue panel all tested OK
3-If you are adding anything do it one at the time if problem go back delete do new image download gain by Only USB
4-Use channel list from blue panel any other imported to tm800 test first if problem sleet one of the channel list or new scan
5-any add-on plagins from outside imported should be download and installed one by one if no good re download image by usb
6-soon there will more selection of skins and add-on plagins
8-To make sure you get 100% result fallow instruction in download center you only do this once until next image:banana::banana::banana:
