Is there anyway to set Audio level for all channels on the TM7100 HD
if you go into Audio you have the options of LOW - MED - HIGH
But it seems you have to set each channel on its own
Yet on the TM5302 HD you can set ALL channels from menu?

Thanks

no mate this has been pointed out a few times already to Phantom that after a factory reset you have to go through all the channels again to set them all to high again would be nice to see a fix for this soon so Phantom and team take your "nots"

Thanks for reply, don't know if you can help with this before I buy new box
TM7100 HD glitches quite abit on some channels
Then after awhile it actually freezes then jumps back in
But sometimes it freezes completely and remote won't work
Have to reboot from mains????
My son has TM800 HD it also glitches on same channel
But doesn't freeze??
Any help appreciated using 1.41 May 2011

Loaded new SW 1.44 march 2012 with patch 144

freezing on any channel now within few seconds

loaded this all on this morning before getting your reply couldn't access sight

Do you think loading Patch 145 will cure this
Or should I go back to original 2011 SW with Patch 145??

Thanks

if the problem is the same as before like on https://www.digitalworldz.co.uk/index.php?threads/285299/#post2095189
and it's only freezing/glithching on $ channels i think your just connected to a bad server/share
my lines and patch 145 are working fine with a good share
make sure to do your factory reset's between the firmware and patches and with a good share it should work fine
and make sure to rescan all sats in use after putting back on your channellist
if you want to test a server i'm with that works fine on my 7100 you can pm me for info.

I know this may sound a bit layman but could you please tell me in black and white
how to get back to a good set up before I start on pids
The freezing at the moment is on any channel even BBC1
I put box on and within a minute it freezes and I have to boot from mains
When installing new firmware and patch I didn't do factory reset
The way it is at the moment I may not even have time to save my channel list
thanks

Just checked and yes I am back to square one as per previous link
I will now load all new fixes and see how I get on
didn't do factory resets this morning so starting again now
Thanks

maybe a hard factory reset might clear out your tm
before you do this make sure you if you have a c-line you conect too that you have this saved because a hard factory reset will delete this
switch tm off at the back and press and hold menu button while switching back on this will bring you into the loader menu here you can do a factory reset
and this will clear out your flash have your usb ready with the original file and patch and your channellist
if this doesn't sort your glitching on your fta channels it might be a technical fault then (capisator's or something else)
and make sure to rescan sats in use

Got it thanks, but so far it looks like I'm bang in trouble
at the moment it's freezing in between loading patches and add on
I'm now trying to find old firmware may 2011 as it got really bad since loading march 2012
Thanks for your help

Did as suggested hard factory reset, and now back to no glitching on FTA
seems slghtly better on $ channels
Now to try PID treatment
not sure I understand this but at least I can experiment
Thanks Again

start with the ones that glitch the most and you will understand providers might have more then one caid/pid i think if i remember right from your first posts that your on 28.2east only so there should only be on pid there set it to that on and save and the ones that you tap into from your son's motorised dish might have more then on you will have to try wich one works the best.
if it starts glitching on the fta channels again come back to this thread and we might root cause that.
hope you get sorted with the ecm pids

Thanks for reply, took a couple of bad channels off Auto PID ans I think it seems slightly better,
Will monitor for a few days to confirm
Could it be that loading latest update from Technomate caused my problems as I'm now back to
Factory reset 2011???

Not sure what you mean by "factory reset 2011"
What patch are you on now according to your system information menu?
But yes some off the patches i used on the 7100 caused my tm to crash/reboot cycle and only way to fix was hard fac.reset.
But it's working the finest on patch 145 from Download center

Had to do this when my 7102 "died" recently. The firmware (Phant0m, not original) remained intact after the reset. Only had to reload my latest channel list file fom the hard drive and reset a few menu setups to get up and running. Always a good idea to save a channel file every time you make any channel changes - only a few button pushes. I created a separate folder for them. Then come here to get the latest patch.

My workaround for the low audio was to put it on the same HDMI switch as my Sk*y+ box, which has the same problem after they removed the audio level adjust from their firmware some time ago. My TV has a separate preset volume for each of its AV inputs - I yanked it up to maximum. This brought it up to the same audio level as my other boxes attached to other AV inputs.

I find the individual audio levels useful as some come through loud and some quiet.
