5402 volume

Hi can anyone help on certain movie channels on my box the volume seems very low . I have to turn my TV volume nearly right up , is there any setting or anyone else had similar issues

Audio can be changed betweeen low-med-high also hd channels have ac3 option.
Just use the language button on bottom left hand side to edit.
