lost channels

was working up to 2 hours ago then lost all scrambled channels
hate freeview
will I have to do full factory reset
done full scan still nothing
thanks for any help in pointing in the right direction

check with your server has that gone down

thanks for the replies checked with server they say all is ok their end
got internet connection also
any other ideas

Try changing ethernet cable ,and yeah what the heck is sealion.

Well it came on last night
I didn’t touch it
All of a sudden and at side of the status bar disconnected was td
Turned box to standby
Restarted disconnected again
It seems to be a cross over with the server because soon as server picks my end up I get this TD in the window
Can you try to connect me again and will not have to turn my tm to standby as it seems when I do same shit
