Technomate 5402 Wiki?

Hi,

I have just got my hands on one of these boxes and was wondering if there is some sort of wiki for it?

Keen to learn quickly but obviously don't want to bombard this forum with noob questions..

I've read a lot of here but some things i'm still unsure of

We were all newbies at one time m8,
Start at the beginning and when you get stuck or your not sure of the next step,then post up and you will get help :)
 
Ok to kick off I have phanton 126p and addons etc

Sometimes the audio on encrypted channels is out of sync? Signal is fine, is it more likely to be a problem with the box or the network?
 
oh and it came with 108 on it and addon already done so i haven't redone the addon as seemed to be there after updated the fw - do you need to redo the addon every fw upgrade?
 
No you only need install the add on once, unless the add on gets corrupted. You need be a bit clearer about what channels are out of sync. Are you talking about channels opening with keys or with cccam?
 
Just got one of these boxes myself and am in the same boat. Am sure with the knowledge of the guys on here will be up to scratch in no time.
 
I have had similar problems with the odd channel been out of sync, also the box locking up and responding i have tried quite a few phantom patches, and now using patch 117p without any issues other than youtube not working.

currently experimenting to see if a new channel list (from scratch) helps, failing that i'll try 117p - cheers mate
 
NO LINKS TO SHOPS PLEASE :)

closest ive found to a wiki tbh
