does tm5402 show hop and ecm info?

as title asks does the 5402 or even the 6902 show you the hop and ecm info from your server

The simple answer to that is no ,it's a closed source box it will only show you if your connected to server or not.

Maybe an idea for the next updated addon >> I would like to see the amount of shares in the connection menu ? Would that be possible ?

thanks thijss26 i know my spider 9000 shows this info and wondered if the tms did the same as its nice to have ecms info incase you get asked for them re freezes etc and the hop info is also handy in cccam as you know if local share i know with newcamnd/mgcamnd you will only get ecm and not hop.
as woltje has said would be nice to have thinking of replacing me spiderbox with either 5402 or 6902 so just seeing if features are similare for this service
if anyone has gone from a spider to a tm do the lines run the same or better and how many lines can you add in tm as spider is 8 only

Hi Halfman, replacing my spiderbox with Technomate 5402 HD was best thing I ever did, especially if you're going to run cccam.
Spiderbox is not stable enough with cccam and I also got fed up of service+ channels opening/not opening every other day.
I agree with Wolfje, it would be good to know amount of shares in the connection menu and also manually having to adjust audio levels every time you install a new patch is a bit of a pain!

from what i have seen on the forums the tm connects easier and keeps connected better then spiderbox but i have no personal experience with this.
You can put upto 24 lines in the tm ,if they would all connect ?,i could not tell i went as far as 6 lines and they all connected fine ,the only thing to add is that if you have c/n line with the same providers the tm might get some conflict of wich to connect too and go for the bad server because it's easier to connect to,or just give you scrambled channel ,so it's best to have lines with all different providers and no doubles(unless they are from same server).
There is a filter menu in the server menu so you could block some providers from some servers ,but nobody seems to know how to set this up yet,i ask in the feedback section in the download center they said soon will be reply but we never got one yet.Download center
Overall i'm very happy with my tm's and always remember myself to see it as a hobby and if your not happy you can always go to the official providers.

as said, the TM will accept 24 lines, i know there is a filter you can setup, but quite how it works im not too sure as i dont use cccam. ill be back home on friday, so will contact Phant0m directly and ask about the possible implementation of a feature to show ecm times etc

wether itd be possible or not, i dont know, but id imagine it could be, and if it is possible, ive no idea how long itd take to implement

great info gents and wanting something easier for the old fella to use after he had his stroke spiderbox is a pain as if you go off a pay chanel to a non pay channel and go back after watching a program the line disconects and you have to reboot everything to get it going again same for newcamnd or cccam and also if you go off a hop 1 to a hop 2 channel the spider then takes everything at hop 2 .
so looking for something that is easier to use solid and simple if you know what i mean .
only feature i might miss is the remote function to turn tv on and off do not know if tms have a universal remote code i know i could never find one for the spiderbox
