Channel List help please

Hi guys, can someone please please talk me through updating the channel list on my TM500. I've just done a scan, and a lot of the major sky channels are missing. Please excuse my ignorance with this, I've tried looking at other posts and sticky's but I just don't know what I'm doing. I need someone to talk me through it if possible. Cheers in advance.

Pay attention to point 4 and set Dreamset up for Enigma 1.

If the majority of channels are missing, you could have an alignment/hardware issue. Alternatively your satellites.xml is missing a lot of details.

Just curious as to how you are doing the scan? What options are ticked/unticked on the scan page (before you hit scan)? Maybe throw up a picture of it would help us to explain it better.

I would guess if the main channels are missing you might be scanning free channels only.
