TM600 help

I was given a TM600 that doesnt boot.
Sometimes it lights part of the lcd, tries to boot then stops, most times no lights.

Had a look at the psu board & no obv sign of bulging caps.

Anyone any ideas/seen this before?

probably a bit late now but there are four 1000uf caps rated at 10v on the psu board, 1 of which is glued to 2 choke like things, ignore that one and replace the other 3, I did this a few times the last time was yesterday and has worked everytime, same symptoms as yourself.
