TM500S Lastest EPG?

what image is on the box mate ?
I've never had a tm but i assume its the same as a dreambox 500.
You need to download something like dreamboxedit then import a bouquet list like rats on here then just ftp it to your box.
When you set up dreamboxedit it will ask for the ip of the box etc and you should be able to figure out the rest once you get into it.

I take it your getting all the channels then but just not getting the epg for them ?
like i said i'm not clued up on the TM boxes but i'm sure someone will help out.

For me it is to test Lraizers Auto Bouquets which works fine.
I take it you cant use a commando image on the tm boxes Abu ?
No. there is an unfinished version of E1 autobouquets which works. Less than 1 minute.
Region specific,
Not Sky numbering,
Overrides existing bouquets
I didn't want to mention that till you were happy with it m8

in theory, it should'nt need any tonedeff updates anymore if you install the autobouquets e1 on it!
the autobouquets e1 was coded to also automatically create a current up to date channels.uk file that is used by weekepg

All my replies on this subject were based on me not saying anything about what Abu was working on regarding getting a modified version of your autobouquets working on the TM500,maybe I shouldnt have tried to be so secretive

the AB E1 upload and abu's development project for getting it to work on tm500 is in public threads on the uk dev forum for this, so not really any secrets to keep about this dev? Abu is only currently looking into getting autobouquets E1 working on his tm500 in regards to generating E1 bouquets. i dont think he has even looking into or know that it also automatically updates the epg files used for grabbing the epg from the stream on tm500 using weekepg?
I was trying to stop lots of pm's or pointless clocking posts m8 until he was satisfied with what he had working, so not really trying to keep secrets, just looking out for members and trying to keep forums tidy
On the TM 500 super, AB E1 does indeed create dbepg_map.uk and dbepg_map.uk in var/etc provided you have the libstdc++.so.6 file. I dont have the epg plugin so cant test.
I tried to find the post by Lraizer some days ago asking encouraging someone to try and DIY but couldn't find it. So I am posting the file here.
The only things I have done is edit the autoscan file. All the work is by Lraizer and a small contribution by PaphosAl. Many thanks to both of them. The few edits I have made have been asterixed.
