TM500 - Not clearing box office

All other channels seem to clear about from box office?
Done a re-scan but no luck.
In the EPG it says live but just won't clear.

Any ideas?

sky did a set of frequency changes yesterday on box office before the amir khan fight.
silverfox has updated the new details to the B16MCC services database so there right there on both his own and the B16MCC generated bouquets.

Sorry not sure what you mean by B16MCC?
I am assuming its different to the ones that channels clear which would mean I cannot clear them?

Bit of an issue, the guy who provided me the box didn't give me the UN/PW for it.
Also through the control panel there is no option to download tuxbox to check the un/pw.

Any other way of updating it or finding out the un/pw?

yeah, ring him.
if that fails.
pull out your cline using tuxbox commander and then reflash your box with dreamup.

Is there any point ringing him as he most likely wont give it right to protect the settings he has put in the box?
Aint there any other way of getting tuxbox on the box using the control panel?

there is no point ringing him especially when you consider all of the risks.
what with all of the radiation being emitted from 21st century phones and what not.

then again, anti cancer treatment has come a long way,
I personally dont have the testicles to carry out a project of this scale, but then again, you might.

The way I was looking at it was, if I sold boxes for a living, I would not give them out due to the fact it would enable the customer to use the settings for creating boxes them selves.

Anyhow I did call him up in the smallest of chances and he said.... No for that very reason.

worth a shot.
you cant really steal settings from the box that would enable you to sell more box's as such.
he's probably just trying to protect his cline.

anyway, yeah, install tuxbox commander via blue button,
extract your cline and then start again from scratch,
reflash your box and then insert cline and channel list.

For some reason tuxbox commander is not in the list via the blue button.
Been through all menus/sub menu's and cant find it anywhere...

box office channels wont usually clear unless someone has paid
