Hi All I had the dreaded BSY error on my Seagate st31000340as hard drive which meant that bios didn't detect it at boot up. I managed to resolve it by connecting it serially and resetting the HD o/s. So having retrieved my data I then upgraded the Firmware to SD1A as suggested which has now...
