padlock hidden folder

I use the newsgroups and grabit but for some stupid reason I downloaded some music and the folder it's downloaded is hidden and padlocked. I know this because when I checked in grabit prefs as to were the files were actually downloading to it shows the folder in question alt.binaries.ftd in the...
