internet problem slow browsing

Guys im on bt infinity getting 70mb download and 20 up wired and 46 over wireless using BT HUB. But my browing is shite , im having problems with pages taking ages to load or not loading at all. I did a tracert via cmd command and this is what I get Tracing route to google.co.uk...
