changing a url to m3u

hi guys help needed here if you brainy lot dont mind ? i am trying a trial 24 iptv before i pay , ive already got a smart iptv from them and its running ok at the moment. now i want another 1 in an m3u list formt they have sent me the file but its in the url form and raw on pastebin how do i change or convert it to the m3u list ,i had to put the username and password in but when i download it its a text document ! hope im explaining this properly ? any help appreciated

When you save it in notepad, use the dropdown to change the file type from .txt to all files then when you name it call it xxxxxx.m3u
