Hi,

After doing lots of reading here and other forum, I have narrowed my choices to the following two boxes;
OSMC Vero 4K and MAG256
I don't have much experience with IPTV and this will be my first proper setup (played with Raspberry Pi 1 long time ago).
I am planning to have some subscribed channels and some free foreign channels
Can someone with some experience help

Thanks

do you have any kinda box at the moment?

Hi,

No, I don't have any box at the moment.
I have Kodi installed on my laptop and occasionally I use that to watch stuff.
But I find it annoying as most add-ons don't work properly after a while.

Thanks

Is it just kodi you want the box for?

if there is more, list them and we will try to help you.

im guessing but the reasons the addons dont work after a while is they need to be updated.

I've got a mag 250, never had any issues with it or the x92 smart box m8

I am leaning towards MGG256 but only thing i am not sure is, would it be possible to add the free channels (non subscribed) to it.

Thanks

After a lot of reading, I have made my mind up and going to go for a MAG256.
Now need to find a good seller and also a good server.

Thanks

I'm sure the owners of these boxes will tell me i'm wrong but for the price of these mags the hardware seems a little dated, not sure about the processor.
If your spending a few quid the amazon fire/android boxes seem better value.
