There is a new firmware released on the MyStarview forum, that is always the best place to go for updates and service status

E...you may also notice in system info
your box number will only show 6 digits
this is not a new box number
it just shows the last 6 digits off your box numbers
easily checked
at top right sub to vip
click sub history box number in full here
F...again this problem is being looked into at the moment
it is not just one area its up and down the country
boxes showing expiry dates
again it is being looked into
and will be fixed
