Haye vs Bellew

can't see it sneaker, pop up boxes obscuring it. Asking to register, update flash player etc; thanks anyway

Works fine here with chrome and adbock pro.

Didn't know about adblock, installed it and watching the fight now. Cheers@sneaker

So the one legged man carried on? It should have been stopped in 6. All is nice and hunky dory in the camps again. :(

It was a good fight, I think it was the right decision to throw in the towel haye had no chance of winning on points even though I think he probably could have completed the 12 rounds if he didn't go through the ropes. Unlucky.

Bellew got the money he wanted. Haye was quick to suggest the rematch. Which will probably happen next year imo.

It's good for British boxing but it will probably be Hayes final fight before retirement?

Tbh i taught it poor stuff and really shows how poor heavyweight boxing is no matter how sky tries to glorify it, haye was finished years ago and had he bet bellew he probably would of got a crack at one of the belts that sums it up, bellew on the other hand is a blown up cruiserweight who is now looking for a title fight against parker or wilder, with Eddie hearns backing he will probably get a shot at one of them, and all the trash talk in the build up to the fight to try and sell it was embarrassing , i honestly taught bellew was going to mount haye after the fight ,definitely dont want to see a rematch.

I thought it was a good fight, didn't see Hayes' injury cos the stream froze for about 10 seconds, couldn't believe it when he was stumbling all over the ring.
The mutual adoration after the fight was cringeworthy though.

Lol was bit over the top but I think all trash talking was scripted just to build hype.

Remember all Bellew wanted was the money. It's a business at the end of the day and they play puppets to the broadcasters. After it was over I think they were both relieved.

A very poor and over hyped fight IMO, not as bad as Haye v Harrison or Haye v Valuev though.

The referee and Haye's corner should of stopped the fight when Haye was falling over without a solid punch connecting, the referee is supposed to protect the fighter even if the punches are not visibly damaging, probably made his injury worse.

I know it's about money, Bellew is good enough at Cruiserweight to unify the titles but nowhere good enough to fight Deontay Wilder. The last time Haye fought a good/decent heavyweight was when he lost to Klitschko.
This is why people are watching or are more interested in MMA, less titles belts, only one matchmaker/promoter (in the UFC) so no characters "blowing their own trumpet" like D.King, B.Arum, E.Hearn, O.Dela Hoya, etc... the UFC has good incentives to make fights more exciting like win bonuses, fight of the night, KO of the night & submission of the night.
