My thoughts are he isn't, while he has great attributes I feel he always fall short at the highest level with his win against Maidana which he could of lost his only top level win. I know people may mention Barrera, Judah, Kotelnik, Alexander, Algieri, Collazo & Mallignaggi but are they world class ??
