Hi guys been quite a while since I was last on here c/w days
Got myself a spiderbox 6000hd but iam having a few problems
My mate set it all up for me fine for about a month but now it keeps freezing not all channels but most and certain ones all the time ,gives the scrambled service message every 10 seconds or so
I've tried loading the box again with USB Infact I've tried everything possible now I'm stumped
Box is earthnet connected with assigned IP address on broadband running 4 cams
Any ideas what could solve problems would be much appreciated

I had a spider freeview was great but cccam was terrible.invest in a dreambox or a vu or f5s.

Sent from my LG-D802 using Xparent Cyan Tapatalk 2

Hi 2 causes of freezing and glitching on are a poor server and the box over heating.
also ensure your using upto date cams.

Broadband and Line quality aka Ping times also spring to mind here

None of us were mate it comes with time and asking questions so dont worry..
folks here more than happy to help you out..
look in your info bar and see if you can spot ECM times..anything upto 350-400 they will change every 10 seconds or so will be great over that it will glitch..getting a decent personal info is tricky pay servers will tell you its your end and not theirs..if your ecm times are low then maybe box is over heating..this can cause glitchinng also...

Thanks for all replies
Box is still glitching seems to be same channels I've took the box back to factory settings and reloaded the firmware and it's exactly the same so I'm beginning to think it's the server
Interestingly enough with 3 off the cams disabled and just 1 running it is a lot better still glitches but is more watchable
